1、 Overview

CJM2 type electric operating mechanism can be used in 72.5 ~ 145kV gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear (GIS) to operate three position disconnector / grounding switch in GIS switchgear (that is, one three position mechanism can realize the opening  closing functions of disconnector in GIS  the opening  closing functions of grounding switch in GIS. )

2、 Principle

In this mechanism, the motor is powered on to rotate,  the screw is driven to rotate through the cylindrical gear pair. The dial wheel rotates anticlockwise through the pin on the screw nut in the lead screw pair (when the dial wheel rotates, it is separated  the pin on the screw nut). The shifting wheel directly drives the spindle  the gear on the spindle to rotate. The gear connects with the output gear of the three position mechanism, so as to realize the accurate opening  closing of the isolation  grounding switch. The mechanism has both manual  electric operation functions.

3、 Usage environment

1. Ambient air temperature: lower limit - 30 ℃, upper limit + 40 ℃.

2. The altitude is  more than 3000m.

3. Pollution level: grade III.

4. Enclosure protection grade: IP54.

5. The wind pressure shall  exceed 700pa (equivalent to the wind speed of 34m / s).

6. No fire, explosion, serious pollution, corrosive gas  severe vibration.
