1、 Purpose

CZC1(CZ28) - 25-630 series electromagnetic DC contactors are vehicle electrical products. They are mainly used in DC power system, electric drive vehicle DC circuit with rated DC voltage of 440V 600V rated working current of 25A ~ 630A. They are used as connecting breaking: starting of DC motor, reverse connection of braking reversing, inching other control elements. The product conforms to GB 14048.4-2003 / iec60947-4-7:2000 standard.

3、 Installation use conditions

1. The altitude shall exceed 2000m;

2. The ambient temperature is between + 40 ℃ - 25 ℃;

3. The relative humidity is 50% ~ 90% without condensation;

4. Bearing shock vibration: meet the requirements of 5.1.1. F in tb1333 "basic technical conditions for technical electrical apparatus";

5. Installation conditions: the inclination between the installation surface the vertical surface of the contactor shall be greater than 5 °.

4、 Structural features

1. The product structure is simple, compact, light weight, small size serialization.

2. The arc extinguishing performance is good. The arc extinguishing cover is made of unsaturated polyester flame retardant, arc resistant plastic clay double labyrinth arc extinguishing chamber. When the contact is broken, the arcing time is short the service life is long.

3. The suction coil is made of high-strength polyester enameled wire, the surface is pressed with flame-retardant unsaturated polyester glass fiber molding compound. It has good insulation performance can reach class B insulation; it has strong mechanical properties, shock vibration resistance; it has good moisture heat resistance, which can meet the requirements of three prevention, can be used on vehicles ships.

4. The magnetic guide plate adopts a thickened widened iron plastic composite structure, which enhances the magnetic blowing capacity, enhances the insulation flame retardant properties, prevents the leakage arc burning out the insulating sheet causing the short circuit of the magnetoelectric system.

5. Auxiliary switch is used in CZC1(CZ28) - 250-630 specification high-power components. It is designed as double arc chamber with large opening distance, two pairs of one opening one closing, reliable arc opening.

6. The right rotation of the magnetic blowing coil is designed in series with the main circuit. The external wiring of the upper lower bus bars can be non polarity, which is convenient for users.
