Functions uses of disconnector operating mechanism:

Isolate the power supply to form an obvious disconnection point to ensure the personal safety of the staff.

When the circuit breaker is in the closing position, the disconnector in parallel with the circuit breaker can pull in the bypass current, but in the process of closing, the operating power supply of the circuit breaker should be opened.

Turn on cut off the small current

1. In normal operation, the voltage transformer arrester without fault shall be closed.

2. Close the charging bus bar of 220kV below.

3. The neutral point of transformer when there is no grounding fault in the power grid.

4. Turn on no-load transformer with excitation current no more than 2a no-load line with capacitance current no more than 5A.
