1、 Overview

CTM1 spring operating mechanism is used in zf-126 series  zf1-252  disconnector, grounding switch  load switch with equivalent torque.

2、 Principle

The mechanism uses the principle of spring symmetry passing through,  through the positive  negative rotation function of the motor, the mechanism can compress the spring to realize fast opening  closing. The mechanism has both manual  electric operation functions.

3、 Working conditions

1. Ambient air temperature: lower limit - 30 ℃, upper limit + 40 ℃;

2. The altitude is  more than 3000m;

3. Pollution level: Grade III;

4. Enclosure protection grade: IP54;

5. The wind pressure shall  exceed 700pa (equivalent to the wind speed of 34m / s);

6. No fire, explosion, serious pollution, corrosive gas  severe vibration.
