CZY22 series DC contactor is a new product newly developed by Dongmu company, with rated current  40A to 80A, with two normally open  two normally closed main contacts. CZY22 innovative use of permanent magnet arc extinguishing technology, effectively solve the traditional contactor critical breaking current difficult, breaking limit current transition wear contact.

1、 Purpose

CZY22 series DC contactor is suitable for switching on  breaking DC circuit frequently in long distance. Its main control object is DC motor, which is widely used in fire control equipment. It can replace double power supply in high voltage switch control cabinet.

3、 Installation  use conditions

1. The altitude should  exceed 2000m (special instructions should be given when ordering in high altitude areas);

2. The ambient air temperature is - 25 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃;

3. The inclination angle between the installation surface  the vertical plane is less than + 22.5 ° (see Figure). When the field vibration is large, it is recommended to install in the vertical direction of vibration to prevent the mechanism  being pulled in by vibration;

4. It is installed in the environment that can prevent rain, snow, wind  sand;

5. Screw installation  75mm U-type guide rail installation is adopted.

1. All models  names of contactors;

2. Control the voltage of the coil;

3. Order quantity

For example: CZY22-63 / 22-22 DC contactor, AC110V, 10 sets.

It refers to rated current of 63A, main contact 2 normally open  2 normally closed, auxiliary contact 2 open  2 closed, coil voltage AC110V, order 10 sets.
